Payment Policies
Payment is expected at time of service.

Cash:	Yes, we still accept the green stuff!!!
Checks:	Checks are deposited by Telechex; therefore, they are electronically deposited and require the NYS Driver License of the check writer. Out-of-state checks are not accepted. In NYS, post-dated checks are illegal; therefore, are not accepted. Bounced check fee is $30.
Credit Cards:	VISA, Master Card, and Discover are fine. Our terminal does not accept gift cards or tax return cards. However, both the bank and the local ATMs can readily cash these types of cards.
Debit Cards:	VISA, Master Card.
	Note: We do not offer any payment plans due to a long history of prior clients not paying requiring collection procedures.

Hospital Policies

• Pets are seen by appointment only.
• Emergency services are for clients only.
• All pets must be examined and up-to-date on Rabies vaccination prior to scheduling procedure or surgery.
• Serologic heartworm testing is required prior to dispending all heartworm preventions.
• Bounced check fee is $30.
